WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, on June 26,
1959, under Council File 192911, resolved to vacate a section of
public street described as follows:
That part of St. Paul Avenue, formerly a part of Lot 6,
Block 2, C. W. Youngmans 2nd Addition to Saint Paul,
that lies northerly of the extended north line of said
St. Paul Avenue as now laid out through Lots 1, 2, 3, 4
and 5, Block 2, C. W. Youngmans 2nd Addition to Saint Paul,
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey Coirty, Minnesota;
and
WHEREAS, a check of the record title to said property,.indicates
that the'--City may have something more than a mere easement in the
aforesaid property and that said vacation order by itself will not
and does not accomplish the intent the Council had in vacating said
property; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a -quit claim deed running to Emil Nedved and
Dorothy Nedved to property described as follows:
That part of St. Paul Avenue, formerly a part of Lot 6,
Block 2, C. W. Youngmans 2nd Addition to Saint Paul,
that lies northerly of the extended north line of said
St. Paul Avenue as now laid out through Lots 1, 2, 3, 4
and 5, Block 2, C. W. Youngmans 2nd Addition to Saint Paul,
according.to the plat thmof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
being that part of St. Paul Avenue vacated by the Council
of the City of Saint Paul under Council File 192911, -
approved June 26, 1959, and recorded as Document No. 1488289
in Book 77 of Plans, Page 41;
said authority being conditioned upon the compliance of said Emil
Nedved and Dorothy Nedved with all the conditions and reservations
contained in Council File 192911, approved June 26, 1959•

and

said authority being conditioned upon the compliance of said Emil
Nedved. and Dorothy Medved with all the conditions and reservations
contained in Council File 192911, approved June 26, 1959•
