WHEREAS, the total net deduction is $ 2,026.51, now therefore be it"
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves
the fotegoing Deduction made in accordance witI the Specifications in
the sum of $ 2,026.51, said amount to be deducted from the lump sum
consideration named in the Contract, known as Comptrollers Contract
L -6073, for the making of the above Improvement, - n
The Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief Engineer has
agreed with the above named Contractor that the sum of 2,026,51 is
the correct amount to be deducted from the above contract.

RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves

the sum of said smount to be deducted from the lump arm
consideration neared in the Contract, known as Comptroller's Contract
L -6073# for the making of the above Improvement,
The Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief Engineer has
agreed with the above named Contractor that the sum of $ 20,026.51 is
the correct amount to be deducted from the above contract.
