WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of
Saint Paul has agreed to pay to the Department of Parks,
Recreation and P blic Buildings the sum of $12,000 for the
title to a 32 by 50 foot brick and stone structure (currently
known as the Highland Park Athletic Shelter), located in the
northwesterly section of the Highland Golf Course approximately
370 feet east of the center line of Snelling Avenue and 45 feet
north of the extended center line of Ford Parkway, now theefoae

RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a bill of sale, transferring the title
to this personal property ffom the Department of Parks, Recxet�iOon,
and Public Buildings to the Board of Water Commissioners of the City
of Saint Paul.

Will you kindly prepare the necessary papers, which will
probably include a deed or Council resolution, transfer-
ring the title of a 32 by 50 foot, one story brick and
stone structure (known as the Highland Park Athletic
Shelter), located in the northwesterly section of the
Highland Golf Course approximately 370 feet east of the
center line of Snelling .Avenue and 45 feet north of the
extended center line of Ford Parkway, from the Department
of Parks, Playgrounds And Public Buildings to the Board
of Water Commissioners - the consideration to be $12,000
to be paid for by the Board of Water Commissioners to
the Department of Parks And Recreation And Public Build-
ings Fund No. 19 D 6.
