on premises described as Except West 45 feet Lot,9; Block 25,
Kuhn.'s Subdivision of a Part of Lafond's Addition to St. Paul,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described
as No. 631 Virginia Street, in Saint Paul, is by reason of its
structural condition, unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and
adjoining property; that said structure is incapable of reason-
able repair, replacement or remodeling so as to make the same
reasonably safe, and should be wrecked and removed from said
