sale of $150,000 City of Saint Paul Sewage Disposal System Bondsl, Series No. 79 to be
dated September 19 1959, and as the proper city/officers have fully caused the said bonds
to be advertised for sale and said advertisement required sealed bids to be submitted on
September 30, 1959, and as the bids were submitted and opened, examined and tabulated by
the Council, and the joint bid of Bankers Trust Company, New York, Manager, Chemical Bank
New York Trust Company, Drexel & Co., The First National Bank of Saint Paul, R. S. Dickson
& Company, Inc., B. J. Van Ingen & co., Inc. Third National Bank in Nashville
was found to be the most advantageous, therefore be it
joint bid of the
RESOLVED, that the / above named syndicate
- be accepted and-said bonds awarded at a price, name1y , par and accrued interest with
`I& coupon rate of 4 peg cent and a premium of $419.85

FURTHER SOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves each and
