Klimenhagen, 715 Dayton Avenue, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the one and one -half story frame barn at 850 Selby Avenue, described as Lot 8, Block 9, Nininger & Donnellyrs Addition to Holcombets Addition to St. Paul, as published in the official paper. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and re- move the building thereon, and do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoin- ing property.
