RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation
and Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon Lot 8, Block 9,
Nininger & Donnelly's Addition to Holcombe's Addition to St. Paul,
according to the recorded plat thereof in the office of the Register
of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 850
Selby Avenue, in Saint Paul, and wreck and remove the one and one-
half story frame barn thereon,.and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining property.

the premises and wreck and remove the one and one -half story frame barn at

Under date of September 8, 1959, a printed copy of Council
File No. 193863 was mailed to Foster M. Klimenhagen, 715
Dayton Avenue, which resolution directed the wrecking and
removal of the one and one -half story frame barn at 850
Selby Avenue, described as Lot 8, Block 9, Nininger &
Donnellyrs Addition to Holcombets Addition to St. Paul, as
published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and re-
move the building thereon, and do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoin-
ing property.
