WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be
° necessary in the Improvement described as the construction
of a Sewer in RANKIN STREET from Stewart Avenue to a point
85 feet south of Benson Avenue, Comptrollerls Contract Lw60751
Peter Lametti Construction Compmiy, Contractor, have been
provided for in the Specifications, and
TEAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Additions:
ADDITIONS
2 - IAA Cat chbAsins $90.00 $ 180.00
6 - lin. ft. of 1211 V. C. Pipe . 3.75. 22.50
TOTAL 202.50, and
WHEREAS, the total addition is $ 202.50, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That tYB City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 202,50, said amount to be
added to the lump sum consideration named in the Contract,
known as Comptroller t s Contract L-6075, which amount is to
be assessed against the benefited property for the making
of the above Improvement,
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with
the above named Contractor that the sum of $ 202.50 is the
correct amount to be added to the above Contract.

Specifications in the sum of $ 202.50, said amount to be
