Hearing
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses
for
constructing relief sewers in Wheeler Street from St. Clair Avenue to James Avenue; in
James Avenue from Wheeler Street to Davern Street; in James Avenue from approximately

188.9 feet west of Maca.lester Street to Macalester Street; in Palace Avenue from Wheeler
Street to Brimhall Street; in Berkeley Avenue from Wheeler Street to Davern Street - -all
of which is to be known as the ;WHEELER -JAMES RELIEF SEWER SYSTEM
under Preliminary Order 178662 , approved July 3, 1956 ,
Intermediary Order 179868 approved October 2, 1956
Final Order_ 180167 , approved October 30, 1956
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 28th
day of October , 19 59 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the,
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
