INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of condemning and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the westerly 4 ft. of the easterly
7 ft. of Lot 10, Block 7, Terry's Addition, from Seventh St. to the alley in the rear
of said lot; also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction pur-
poses on a strip of land 8 ft. in width on the west side of the above easement and
the easterly 3 ft. of Lot 10, and the westerly $ ft. of Lot 9, in said Block 7,
Terry's Addition, from Seventh St. to the alley in Block 7, Terry's Addition,
under Preliminary Order 191584 approve August 13,x,959
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to condemn and take
an easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under
and across the westerly 4 ft. of the easterly 7 ft. of Lot 10,.Block 7, Terry's
Addition, from Seventh St. to the alley in the rear of said lot; also condemn and
take a temporary easement for construction purposes on a strip of land 8 ft. in
width on the west side of the above easement and the easterly 3 ft. of Lot 10,
and the westerly 5 ft. of Lot 9, in said Block 7, Terry's Addition, from Seventh St.
to the alley in Block 7, Terry's Addition,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 175.00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 27th day of
October 19 5c , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the im�r 9 ooveme;�annd the total cost thereof as estimated.
