Municipal Auditorium on August 8, 1961, be granted to the Degree of
Honor Protective Association, upon the request of John Marshall,
Executive Director of the Convention Bureau, in connection with their
convention and the dedication of their new office buildings for which

there will be no admission charge, the cost of opening and operating
on said occasion to be set up in Auditorium Fund No. 1021.
