In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material
the alley In Block 7, Butterfield Syndicate Addition No. 1, from Avon
Street to Fisk Street; also constructing a sewer in the alley from a
point 119.56 feet east of Fisk Street to the existing sewer in Fisk
Street, under Preliminary Order C. F. 191999, approved April 23, 1959,
and Final Order C;�F. 193295, approved July 28, 1959.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the construction
of the _sewer in the alley in Block 7, Butterfield Syndicate Addition
No. 1, from a point 119.56 feet east of Fisk Street to the sewer in
Fisk Street, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and
the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for bids on this improvement.
