District Court cases No. 301659 -60, State of Minnesota, Petitioner, vs. Otilie Schnaith, et al., and Anthony Nardini, et al., Respondents, that the State of Minnesota issued its check dated September 22, 1959, No. 710081, in the amount of $207000 as and for the award of damages for tl a -said State's condemnation therein of Parcel No. 45 S.P. 6283 (392)901, described as Lots 1 and 4, Block 12, and the north 30 feet of Lot 3, Block 12, Hoyt's Addition to St. Paul, and also that strip of land lying between Lots 1 and 4, Block 12 aforesaid and Broadway, said strip being in Kittsons Addition, according to the plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, drawn payable to the order of A. C. Kavli, doing business as Kavli Realty Company, Mary G. Kavli, Treas. of Ramsey Co. City of St. Paul, and Briggs, Gilbert, Morton, Kyle & Macartney, attorneys; that the City of Saint Paul presently has no interest in said award-of damages represented by --said - check,- its_sole "prior interest therein having been limited to an unpaid water frontage tax item in the amount of $30 against said Parcel 45 S.P. 6283 (392) 901, now paid and discharged; and that the Commissioner of Finance hereby is authorized and directed to endorse said check in the name and behalf of City of Saint Paul and to thereupon deliver the same to the payees other than the-City of Saint Paul named therein.
