RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the General Construction of
a Recreational Shelter Building at Highland Park located at 864 South Snelling Avenue,
St. Paul, Minnesota, to ISEDOR GOLDETSRY & SON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with
City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7834 of said
Isedor Goldetsky & Son Construction Company for the contract price of $18,239.00, such
bid being the lowest and said Isedor Goldetsky & Son Construction Company being a
reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on bbhalf of the City of Saint Paul,
