RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, and
services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation of Electrical
Work for the Recreational Shelter Building at Highland Park, at 864 South Snelling
Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to GOMBOLD ELECTRIC, INC. in accordance with City
plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7836 of said
Gombold Electric, Inc. for the contract price of $1178.00, such bid being the,lowest
and said Gombold Electric Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City offidials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
