RESOLVED, that a permit be granted to Twin City Waste
Disposal Service, Inc., to install a 12,000 gallon capacity
underground gasoline storage tank and one pump, for private use
only, at their premises located at East Fourteenth Street and
John Streets, subject to all rules, laws and regulations with
reference to such installation and use, and such installation
to be made under the direction and to the satisfaction of the
Commissioner of Public Safety.

In regard to the application of the Twin City
Waste Disposal Service, Inc. for permission to install a
129000 gallon underground gasoline storage tank and 1 pump
for private use only at their garage building located at
E. Fourteenth and John Streets.
We have investigated the foregoing and report
that such an installation at the desired location would
not greatly increase the fire hazard in that vicinity.
I, therefore, recommend that permit be granted.
