Auman Resources was asked by Trudy Moloney, Director of Council Qperarions, to conduct a job study of the City Council Chief
Budget Analyst position, Occuparion Code 285B, Gnde 23, Salary Schedule 17. A determination was made by HR that the
classificarion should be upgraded to Grade 25.
AdvanWgeslfApproved:
The Council Operations organizational structnre will be properly structured to manage the work being performed. The individual
perfornring the duties and responsibilities of the classification will be appropriately compensated.
Disadvantages If Approved:
None.
Disadvantages If Not Approved:
Duties and responsibilities would be absorbed by the current employee with out an increase in pay.
