A determination was made by HR that the classificarion should be upgraded to Grade 25. AdvanWgeslfApproved: The Council Operations organizational structnre will be properly structured to manage the work being performed. The individual perfornring the duties and responsibilities of the classification will be appropriately compensated. Disadvantages If Approved: None.
