To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Saint Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration
the preliminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 191751
approved April. 9th. , 19-5-9, relative to the construction of a
monolithic concrete sidewalk on both sides of Wanda Et. from wheelock Park-
way to harpenteur Ave.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby
reports:
1. Said improvement is % necessary and (or) desirable.
