RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the
Court Douse and City gall, in said City, at ten o'clock A. M. on
October 7, 1959, upon the advisability and necessity of the repair,
replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and removal of the two story
frame, single family dwelling located on Lot 10, Block 10, Town of
Brooklynd, according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of
the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as
No. 113 Fenton Street, because said structure is reported to be
dangerous and unsafe to life, limb, and adjoining property.

a date for hearing in the matter of the condemnation of the two -story
frame, single - family dwelling at 113 Fenton St., as more fully described
in the attached letter of the City Architect.

The Fire Prevention Bureau has referred to this office for in-
vestigation, the two story frame, single family dwelling locat-
ed at 113 Fenton Street, described as Lot 10, Block 10, Town
of Brooklynd.
Our inspector reports that this dwelling is open and vacant,
fire damaged, dilapidated beyond reasonable repair, and it
should be wrecked and removed. It is a fire menace and danger-
ous to life, limb, and adjoining property.
It has been ascertained that Christine Wedebrand, 113 Fenton
Street, is last known record owner. A Danger Notice has been
posted.
Kindly set a hearing date as first step in condemnation action,
in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 Of the St. Paul building
code section of the Legislative Code.
