LOBDELL Supt. of Public Recreation The Fire Prevention Bureau has referred to this office for in- vestigation, the two story frame, single family dwelling locat- ed at 113 Fenton Street, described as Lot 10, Block 10, Town of Brooklynd. Our inspector reports that this dwelling is open and vacant, fire damaged, dilapidated beyond reasonable repair, and it should be wrecked and removed. It is a fire menace and danger- ous to life, limb, and adjoining property. It has been ascertained that Christine Wedebrand, 113 Fenton Street, is last known record owner. A Danger Notice has been posted. Kindly set a hearing date as first step in condemnation action, in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 Of the St. Paul building code section of the Legislative Code.
