LOBDELL Supt. of Public Recreation Various inspections have been made of the three story row -unit apartment building at 612 -620 Central Park,Place, described as Southeasterly 5 ft. of Lot 17 and all of Lots 18 through 22, Block 6, Rearrangement of Blocks 6 and 7, Central Park Addition. This building is very old, and generally, brick veneer is de- teriorated, bulging and loose; large splits occur in the out- side walls; lintels and door casings are loose; electrical wir- ing is badly overloaded, inadequate and in violation of the code; plaster and wall paper is cracked and loose; floors are uneven and sagged; plumbing facilities very inadequate and in unsanitary conditipn; partially fire damaged; unsafe and dan- gerous to life, limb, and adjoining property. The last known record owner is John H. Shaughnessey, 508V2 St. Germain Street, St. Cloud, Minnesota. Danger Notices have been posted.
