Various inspections have been made of the three story row -unit
apartment building at 612 -620 Central Park,Place, described
as Southeasterly 5 ft. of Lot 17 and all of Lots 18 through 22,
Block 6, Rearrangement of Blocks 6 and 7, Central Park Addition.
This building is very old, and generally, brick veneer is de-
teriorated, bulging and loose; large splits occur in the out-
side walls; lintels and door casings are loose; electrical wir-
ing is badly overloaded, inadequate and in violation of the
code; plaster and wall paper is cracked and loose; floors are
uneven and sagged; plumbing facilities very inadequate and in
unsanitary conditipn; partially fire damaged; unsafe and dan-
gerous to life, limb, and adjoining property.
The last known record owner is John H. Shaughnessey, 508V2 St.
Germain Street, St. Cloud, Minnesota. Danger Notices have been
posted.
Please institute condemnation action in accordance with Section
1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Legislative Code outlining condemnation
procedure.
