therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Sanitary Sewer in
Flandrau Place from-213.5 feet North of Grace Lane to the Cul -De -Sac in Block 2,
Anderson's Addition, Said CUl -De -Sac being Southwesterly of the Intersection of
Grace Lane and Flandrau Place; .in Grace Lane from Flandrau Place . to Tr hate Bear
Ave., and in Mite Bear Ave. from Grace Lane to Upper Afton Road; also Construct
a Storm Sewer in Grace Lane from Flandrau Place to White Bear Ave. and in Nhite
Bear Ave. from Grace Lane to Upper Afton Road to ROBERT W. MOORE in accordance
with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid #7865 of said Robert W. Moore for the contract price of $22,012.50 (plus
Engineering $1,7-63.00 and plus Inspection $441.00 by-City Forces) such bid being
the lowest and said Robert W. Moore being a reasonable and - reliable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
