County, Minnesota, also described as No. 631 Virginia Street, and wreck
and remove the two story frame dwelling thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining property.

Under date of October 5, 1959, a printed copy of C. F. No.
194203 was mailed to Robert E. Joyce, 844 West Iowa Avenue,
St. Paul 17, which resolution directed the wrecking and re-
moval of the two story frame duplex dwelling from Lot 9,
Except 'West 45 feet, Block 25, Kuhnts Subdivision of a Part
of Lafondis Addition to St. Paul, as published in-the offi-
cial paper.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will au-
thorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public
Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove
the buildings thereon and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining
property.

Resolved, That the two -story frame,,
duplex dwelling on premises described
as Except West 45 feet Lot 9, Block 25,
Kuhn's Subdivision -of a Part of La-
fond's Addition to St. Paul, according
to the 'plat thereof recorded in the
office of the Register of Deeds of
Ramsey County, Minnesota, also de-
scribed as No. 831 Virginia Street, in
Saint Paul, is by reason of its struc-
tural condition, unsafe and dangerous
to life, limb and adjoining property;
that said structure is incapable of
reasonable repair, replacement or re-
modeling so as to make the same
reasonably safe, and should be wrecked
and removed from said land; and it is
ordered that said structure be forth-
with wrecked and removed from said
land by and at the separate cost and
expense of the owner, occupant, or
other person in control thereof.
