Does Ordain:
SECTION 1
An ordinance amending Chapter 145 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code, pertaining to absolute parking restrictions.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the
preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 145.01, Saint PQul Legislative Code, is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
"North side of West Seventh Street from Albion Avenue to St.
Paul Avenue."
and'by adding to Section 145.05 thereto the following:
"Between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. no vehicle shall
be left standing on the east side of Raymond Avenue from Brew-
ster Street to Como Avenue."
Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation "of the pub-
lic peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its
passage, approval and publication.
