COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, that upon appeal of Mr. and Mrs. Victor A. Newcomb from
the decision of the Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings,
and upon the favorable recommendation of the Board of Zoning, a 12 foot
building line is hereby established on the west 20 feet of the east 45 feet
of Lot 119 Block 59 Phalen Heights Addition, on the north side of East
Hawthorne Avenue between Duluth Street and Phalen Park.
