WHEREAS, an over payment in the amount of $5.00 has been
received by the Ciiy of Saint Paul on Registered Bill No. 2 -3352 issued
to Mike Anaya, and the City has received full payment for the damage
sustained on April 5, 1954, when a vehicle driven by said Mike Anaya
struck a street light post at Fourth Street and Mounds Boulevard; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to i -ssue a draft of the City of Saint Paul to Mike Anaya,
23$ E. Fairfield Avenue, Saint Paul 12 Minnesota, in the amount of 85.00
refunding said over payment .
