An ordinance granting permission to Albert J. Schreiber to connect
his homestead at 1381 W. Hoyt Avenue, the same being all that tract or
'parcel of land in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, more particularly
descri'hl d as Lot 21, except the west 18 feet thereof, and Lot 22, except
the east i4 feet thereof, Block 8, Cable's Hamline Heights Addition, Ramsey
County, Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in,
the office of the Register. of Deeds of Ramsey,County, Minnesota, to the
sewer system of the City of Saint Paul, for the disposal of sanitary
sewage, and regulating the conditions thereof. This is an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and !'safety.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
- SECT; ON 1
That permission is hereby given to Albert J. Schreiber to connect
his homestead at 1381 W. Hoyt Avenue,-the same being all that tract or
parcel of land in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, more particularly
described as Lot 21, except the west 18 feet thereof, and Lot 22, except
the east 14 feet thereof, Block 8, Cable's Hamline Heights Addition, Ramsey
County, Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, with the
existing sewer of the City of Saint Paul, upon the following conditions_:
1. That sa ffd permittee or his successors in interest in respect
to said real estate shall pay to the City of Saint Paul the gum of
$6.00 per frontage foot of said real estate, for an aggregate frontage
of 50 feet, said sum to be in lieu of special assessments and taxes
on account of the sewer service, and upon payment of said sum, said
permittee or his successor in interest in respect of said real
estate shall be granted a permit to construct, maintain and operate
a sewer connection connecting said premises with the pubic sewer,
o representing an extension of the public sewer system of the City
of Saint Paul in Hoyt Avenue along the line of the same, for the
o drainage of sanitary sewage from said premises and the disposition -
of same, through the public sewer system of said City of Saint

1� - 2. Permittee or his successors - 'shall, within 90 days from the
1\ passage of this ordinance, file a written acceptance thereof,
0. 1 \ specifically agreeing to all the provisions, terms and conditions
herein, and upon compiiance therewith the Commissioner of Public
Works is hereby authorized to issue a permit for said sewer exten-
sion, subject expressly to the provisions of this ordinance and
Sections 235.08 and 235.14 inclusive, of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code. '

The Council of the City of Saint Paul cycles Ordain;
SECT I ON 1
That permission is hereby given to Albert J. Schreiber to connect
his homestead at 1381 W. Hoyt Avenue, the samV being ail that tract or
parcel of land In the County of Ramsey,. State of Minnesota, more particularly
described as Lot 21, except the west 18 feet thereof, and Lot 22, excerpt
the east 14 feet thereof, Block 8, Cable's Haamline Heights Addition, Ramsey
County, Alnnesota, according to the pleat thereof on file and of record in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, 'Mi nnesota, with the
existing sewer of the City of Saint Paul, upon the following conditions:
1.- That said perraittee or his successors in interest in respect
to said-real estate shall pay to the City of Saint Paul the suns of
$6.00 per frontage foot of said real estate, for an aggregate frontage
of 50 foot+ sold sum to be in Hate of special aassessmeants and taxes
on aecount of the sewer service, and upon payment of ,said sues, said
permsttees or his successor in interest in respect of saaid real
estato shall be granted a permt t to construct, maintain and operate
a sewer connection connecting saaid promises with the pubic sewer,
representing an extension of the public sewer system of the 4ity
of Saint Paul In Hoyt Avenue: along the line of the twe* for the
drainage of sanitary sewage from said premises and the disposition
of same, through the public sewer system of said City of Saint
Paul.
2. Pormittee or his successors shall, wtithin 90 drays from the
passage of this ordinance, file as written acceptance thereof i {
specifically agreeing to all the provisions, term and condition

Works Is hereby authorized to Issue a permit for said sewer e xtsn-
