In the matter of regrading, curbing and paving EAST SIXTH STREET
from Earl Street to Johnson Parkway; grading and paving street, alley
and driveway returns; constructing sewer, water and gas service connec-
tions from street mains to property lines where necessary; reconstructing
the paving, curbing and sidewalks on the intersecting streets where not
in conformity with said improvement and doing all other work necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement, under Preliminary Order
C. F. 191511, approved March 26, 1959, and Final Order C. F. 193037,
approved July 7, 1959.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above named
improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and
the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the
