In the matter of constructing the necessary water service
connections for the paving of Highland Parkway from Hamline Avenue
to Edgcumbe Road, under Preliminary Order C. F. 191510, approved
March 26, 1959, and Final Order C. F. 193290, approved July 28, 1959.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above
named improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works,
be and the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the above named improvement be done by the
City Water Department Forces at an estimated cost of $1,904.00 to
be assessed against the benefitted property.
