WHEREAS= Joseph Ryan discontinued business at the City Hall and Court House as of
October 31, 1959, has surrendered License No. 5102 for Restaurant and Cigarette
Licenses at that location and requests a refund for the unused portion of said
license, because of the termination of his concession in the building.
therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorised to refund to
Joseph Ryan the pro-rated fee of $ M' 00, deducting $ 21.00 from the original
fee of $ 42.00 posted for the period the licensee operated on said license
and to cancel said license`;
