The Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed the following appeals and made her recommendations
prior to the hearing. The property owners were notified and did not appear:
Appeal of 7eff Beissel, Beissel Windows & Siding, to the denial of a building permit to
replace e;ress windows for property at 1625 Saunders Avenue.
Grant a 2 and 5J8-inch variance on the openable height of the egress replacement bedroom
windows.
2. Appeal of At Home Apartments LLC to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for
property at 26 Dale Street South.
Grant a 2-inch variance on the openable height of the egress bedroom windows in Units 1 and 2.
3. Appeal of Charles Williams to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property at
407 Grand Avenue.
Window 1: grant a 4.5-inch openable height of the e�ess bedroom windows;
Window 2: grant a 4.5-inch openable height of the egress bedroom windows; and
Basement unit bedrooms: grant a variance on the sill height issue.
