Tani sued the City of 5t. Paul and Robert Kosloske for negligence. Officer Kosloske lost control of his squad cu due to icy road
conditions and struck the vehicle Tani was a passenger in. At the clauns stage, the ciry paid for the damage to Tani's vehicle and to
resolve the personal injury claims of the dirver, Christopher Mondry. Tani claimed pem7anet meck and back injuries and continues to
treat for those injuries today. Her past medical bills exceed $17,000 and she anticipates incurring another $20,000 in expenses related
