RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
the subsisting permanent easement for the construction, main-
tenance and operation of a public sewer, owned and held by the
City of Saint Paul, in, under, upon and across the following
described real estate, situate in the City of Saint Paul, County
of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, to -wit:
The south 150 feet of the north 503 feet of that
part of Government Lot One (1) in Section Twenty -
two (22), Township Twenty -nine (29), Range Twenty -two
(22), lying between the east line of McAfee Street
and the west line of Clarence Street, except the
east 135 feet thereof, according to the United States
Government survey thereof;
The south 190 feet of the north,473 feet of the east
135 feet of that part of Government Lot- One (1).,
Section Twenty -two (22), Township Twenty -nine (29)9
Range Twenty -two (22), lying west of the West line
of Clarence Street;
constituting an unnecessary cloud upon the title to said real estate
since said City neither has nor in the foreseeable future shall have
any need for the same, hereby is released and relinquished in its
entirety, and the City Clerk hereby is authorized and directed to
cause a certified copy of this resolution to be filed in the office
of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota.
