Weitzman for permit for 40-car private parking lot in conjunction with a proposed 40 -unit apartment building on the north side of Ford Pkwy. between Kenneth and Howell Sts., in accordance with plans approved June 2, 1960. # Very truly yours C ty Clerk i MINNESOTA J u considerably by setting it back from the front lot line the additional 5 feet and allowing the front yard to be more beautifully treated with shrubs and trees. Since the original drawings, .sheet 3 has been redone to show the 21 foot setback from the front line. 4. It is intended that the open area of the garage roof to the rear of the building will also be aesthetically treated with a decorative roof covering and greenery. 5. A truck turn around off of the alley will be provided at the Northeast corner of the lot which will be graded almost level with the alley and appropriately surfaced. Portable curb will be installed 2 feet from East property line. 6. The applicant, William H. Weitzman, presently holds an option to purchase the parcel described herein from the record owner. 7.
