therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the
installation of bituminous surfacing at area adjacent to amusement park,
Como Park, Ste Pau1,,Minnesota, to ST, PAUL SHEET ASPHALT in accordance with
City plan and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid
#8045 of said Ste Paul Sheet Asphalt forpthe contract price of $4399e00,

such bid being the lowest and said Ste Paul Sheet Asphalt being a reasonable
and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City of Saint Paul,
