RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Cosmittee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for the construction of a Storm Sewer in
Jackson Street ffom Rose Avenue to York Avenue; and in Jenks Avenue from Jackson
Street to M. Ste P. & S. S. M. Railroad, to F. MORETrINI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
In accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and
the Formal Bid 118039 of said F. Morettini Construction Company for the contract
price of $580880.00, plus $250.00 for R.R. Track Removal and Replacement - by
Railroad Company; and plus $4710+00 lb2gineering and $1178.00 Inspection by City
Forces, such bid being the lowest and said F. Morettini Construction Company being
a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to'draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City official
hereby are authorized to execute said contract in behalf of the City of Saint Paul*
