Whereas, The City of Saint Paul ha3
a temporary easement across the land
described as follows; J
The north 2 feet of the south 20
feet of Lot-39- the nth A f--et-1�
the City of Saint Paul has a temporary easement
across the land described as follows:
The north 2 feet of the south 20 feet of Lot 39 and
the north 8 feet of the south 14 feet of said Lot 39,
all in Ramsey's Subdivision of Block 21, Stinson,
Brown and Ramsey's Addition to St. Paul
for the purposes of constructing a sewer; and
WHEREAS, said sewer is completely installed in the afore—
sand land and the City of Saint Paul no longer has need of said temporary
easement; be it hereby
RESOLVED, that the City's temporary easement in the land
described as follows:
The north 2 feet of the south 20 feet of Lot 39 and
the north 8 feet of the south 14 feet of said Lot 39,
all in Ramsey's Subdivision of Block 21, Stinson,
Brown and RL-asey's, Addition to St. Paul
is hereby beleased; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this resolution be
forw,&rded by the City Clerk to Ray Lemmons, attorney for Joseph A. Arsivino,
owner of the aforesaid land.
