from Como Ave. to Knapp St. on the Rest side and from Cleveland Ave. to Knapp St. on the

The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance'
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement .
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to cons truc t or
r6construct sidewalk on'.both sides'of Raymond Ave. from Como Ave. to Knapp St. on the
west side and from Cleveland Ave. to Knapp St. on the east side of the street except f
where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 19th day of
July. 1960 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
