RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract C ittee
therefor,, and hereby awards contract for the construction of the Nebraska -
Hoyt Storm Sewer System to BEATSON & KELLY CONTRACTORS INC. in accordance
with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid #8022 of said Beatson & Kelly Contractors Inc. for the contract price
of $379 „082.00 (plus $30,326.00 Engineering and plus $7582.00 Inspection,,
by City Forces),, such bid being the lowest and said Beatson & Kelly
Contractorsq Inc* being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
�. therefor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract in behalf of the City of St. Paul. I
