WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be
necessary in the Improvement described as the Grading of
Hoyt Avenue from Edgerton Street to Wheelock Ridge Road,
Controller's Contract L- 61214 - -A, St. Paul Dredging Company
Contractor, have been provided for in the Specifications.,_
and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following
Addition:
ADDITION
Rebuild Catch Basin on the Northwest
Corner of Hoyt Avenue and Edgerton
Street; including new Frame and Cover
Casting:
LABOR 21.04
MATERIALS 68.20
Total $ 89.24 , and
.WHEREAS, the total Addition is 89.24, now therefore be it
RESOLVED that the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approv6s the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 89.24, said aYn.ount' to be added
to the lur¢p sim consideration, named in the contract, known as
Comptroller's Contract L- 6124 -A, which amount is to be finan-
ced by assessment against the benefited property, for the making
of the above Improvement.
The Commissioner of rublic Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the sum of $ 89.24 is the correct
amount to be added to the above Contract.
