RESCLVED That the award of damages for the condemnation
and taking of an easement by the City of St. Paul, confirmed
and ratified by resolution Council File No. 197270 as shown
on the pertinent assessment roll in the amount of $800.00,
be and the same hereby is amended so that the same as shown
therein shall be in the amount of $950.00, the intended amount
of the same, such being necessary to effectuate the intent and
purpose of the Council and to provide against the consequences'
of inadvertent accident or error; also, that said award of
damages as so amended to represent said amount of $950.00 hereby
is, together with the subject condemnation, ratified and confirmed.
