Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members: There is a one and one half story frame dwelling at 130 Iglehart Avenue, on Lot 18, Block 3, Irvinets Addition to St. Paul. ,This dwelling is 18 by 42, open to vandals, out of plumb, chimney ready to collapse, porch deteriorated, a fire hazard, and dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining prop- erty. It should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owners are Samuel and Angela M. Wyman, % Ramsey County Home, 2000 'White Bear Avenue, St. Paul 9, Minnesota. Danger Notices have been posted.
