RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before
the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall, in said City, at 10 o'clock A. M.
(D.S.T.) on the 12th day of July 1960 upon the necessity and
advisability of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking
and removal of the one and one -half story frame dwelling on Lot
18, Block 3, Irvine's Addition to St. Paul, according to the plat
thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, also described as No. 130 Iglehart Avenue,
because said structure is reported to be dangerous and unsafe to
life, limb and adjoining property.

Dear Council Members:
There is a one and one half story frame dwelling at 130
Iglehart Avenue, on Lot 18, Block 3, Irvinets Addition
to St. Paul.
,This dwelling is 18 by 42, open to vandals, out of plumb,
chimney ready to collapse, porch deteriorated, a fire
hazard, and dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining prop-
erty. It should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owners are Samuel and Angela M.
Wyman, % Ramsey County Home, 2000 'White Bear Avenue, St.
Paul 9, Minnesota. Danger Notices have been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a hearing
date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul
Legislative Code, i
