Whereas, Plans for McKnight Road,

WHEREAS, plans for McKnight Road, Stage �I,-jS.A.P:.<62- 668 -02, from
Upper Afton Road to Burns Avenue, showing proposed alignment, profiles,
grades and cross sections; together with specifications and special pro-
visions., for the construction of County State Aid Highway No. 68 within the
limits of the City of St. Paul as a State Aid Project have been prepared
and presented to the City of St. Paul,
NOW; THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, That said plans, specifications
and special provisions be in all things approved.

We are submitting to you for approval plans and specifications
for the construction of Stage 1, McKnight Road, S.A.P. 62- 668 -02,
from Upper Afton Road to Burns Avenue.
This work will begin on or before July 29, 1960 and be completed
on or before September 23, 1960.
The project is contingent upon the City dedicating the neces-
sary right -of way before the awarding of the contract can be made.
Will you please take the necessary steps to have this right -of -way
dedicated before July 11, 1960.
We are also submitting a resolution for the approval of these
plans. Please adopt this resolution and return two executed copies
to us, retaining one copy for your files.
