An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 11061, entitled:
"An ordinance granting permission and authority
to the Village of Maplewood to connect the public sewer
system of said Village of Maplewood to the public sewer
system of the City of Saint Paul and thereafter maintain
and operate the same,as an outlet for said public sewer
system of said Village for public sewage conveyance and
disposal purposes, and providing applicable terms and
conditions."

necessary for the preservation of the publ c peace, health, and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 11061, approved
July 26, 1957, as amended, shall be and the same hereby is further amended
in the following particulars, to- wit:4,
That there shall be and there hereby is inserted therein immediately
following Section 12 of the same, an additional Section 12 -1 reading as.follows,
"Section 12 -1. That the words 'trailer coach' when
► used herein shall mean any vehicle used,or so constructed
as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon the public
streets or highways and shall include self- propelled or
nonself- propelled vehicles as designed, constructed, recon-
structed or added to by means,of an enclosed,addition or
room in such manner_.,as will permit the occupancy thereof
as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons,
havin no foundation other than wheels, jacks,•or skirtings.

charge or for revenue purposes, and shall include any

ordinance formally accepting and agreeing to abide by all of the pro-
visions, terms, and conditions of this ordinance in form to be approved
by the Corporation Counsel of the City of Saint Paul, and shall file
a duly certified copy of such ordinance with the City Clerk and the
City Comptroller of said City of Saint Paul within sixty (60) days
from and after, the effective date of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health, and safety. -
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
upon its passage, approval, and publication.

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ST. PAUL CITY ORDINANCE
NO. 11781
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLEWOOD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1, The St. Paul City Ordinance No. 11781 being an ordinance
amending Ordinance No. 11061, the ordinance granting permission and authority to
the Village of Maplewood to connect the Maplewood sanitary sewer system to the St.
Paul sanitary sewer system ,and providing annual charge of $5.00 and annual sewer
rental charge of $5.003for trailer coaches, is hereby approved and accepted by the
Village of Maplewood.
Section 2. The Village of Maplewood hereby formally accepts all provi-
sions, terms and conditions of St. Paul Ordinance No. 11781 and hereby agrees to
abode by all such provisions, terms and conditions.
Section 3. The Clerk of the Village of Maplewood is hereby authorized
and instructed to forward a certified copy of this ordinance to the City Clerk and
the Comptroller of the City of St. Paul within ten (10) days after this ordinance
takes effect.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its
passage, approval and publication.
Passed by Village Council this 21st day of July, 1960.
