A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of
improvement to be made by the said City is to condemn and take a step -ur -Tana
30 ft. in width for sewer purposes in
the W. % of the SW% of Sec. 35, T -29,
R -22, said easement extending from
Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 12 to
Old Hudson Road, the center line of
said

and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements,

In the matter of Condemn and take a strip of land 30 feet in width for sewer purposes in the west
z of the southwest 4 of Sec. 35, T -29, R. -22, said easement extending from Minnesota Trunk Highway
No. 12 to Old Hudson Road, the center line of said easement being the center line of Van Dyke St.
produced Stly of Old Hudson Road.
Also condemn and take a temporary easement for construction purposes on a strip
of land 20 feet in width, said temporary easement being adjacent to and westerly of the above
described permanent easement.
