RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.: For slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes i,n the grading of Arundel Street from Minnehaha Ave.to the north line of Lot 19, Block 3, Neurer's Addition; Englewood Ave. from Arundel Street to Western Ave. and�Cumberland Street from Englewood Ave. to the south line of the Great Northern Ry. night -of -way, to the extent shown on the plan on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works.
