Behon of Laine General Contractors, 500 Stryker Avenue, on behalf of Dr. E. Lechner for a permit to erect an eight foot patio fence at 1927 Pinehurst Avenue. Our inspector has made an inspection and reports that approximately sixteen feet of the fence will be eight feet high, adjacent to the fireplace. He can see no ob- jection to this.
