WHEREAS: Helen Dow desires to withdraw Application F -8430 for Rest- Lursing Home
at 109 East Isabel Avenue and requests the return of the license fee
deposited thereonj, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund
to Helen Dow the fee of $ 10:00 and to cancel said application for license.
