In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material
the alley in Block 1, Slaterts Addition, from Milton St. to
Chatsworth St. Also constructing a sewer from the alley to Fuller St.
in an easement to be obtained,on, under and across the westerly
4 ft. of the easterly 6 ft. of Lot 27, Block 11 Slater's Addition,
under Preliminary Order 194419 approved October 22, 1959, and Final
Order 195310 approved January 12, 1960,pContr *ct No.60 -G -1336
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for the construction
of a sewer in an easement, Lot 27, Block 1, Slaters Addition
were approved under C. F. approved ; therefore,
be it Y9 T2 93 May 2 , 9O
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted
by the Commissioner of Public Yorks for the grading.and surfacing
with bituminous material the alley in Block 1, Slater's Addition,
from Milton St. to Chatsworth St., be and the same are hereby
approved, and the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby
directed to do the work by City Forces at an estimated cost of
$3260.00, and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to procure the
necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED; That the.cost df the above improvement,
including engineering ,and inspection expenses amounting -to $326.00,
