AUTHORIZATION OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS i
PRIES TED BY HON. DATE July 19th 1960 _
In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material
the alley in Block 10 Wagner & Gasser's Addition, from Milton St. to
Chatsworth St. Also constructing a•sewer in the alley from a point 200 ft*
west of Milton Street to the existing sewer in Milton Street, under
Preliminary Order 194511 approved October 30 _1959, and Final Order 195120
approved January 19, 1960, Contract 60- G -13U4.
WHEREAS, The plans and specification for the construction
of a sewer in an alley in Block 1, Wagner & Gasser's Addition, were approved
under C. F. 197294 approved May 26, 1960; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted
by the Commissioner of Public Works for the grading and surfacing with
bituminous material the alley in.Block 12 Wagner & Gasser's Addition,
from Milton St. to Chatsworth St., be and the same are hereby approved,
and the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do
the work by City Forces at an estimated cost of $3508.00, and that the
Purchasing Agent proceed to procure the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost od the above improvement,
including engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $351.00, or a
tot%1 of $3859.00, plus the cost of the sewer, be assessed against the
CONTRACT PRICE - $
