REMARKS

We are desiroqs of building a 4 car garage in
the back of the duplex located at 876 Lincoln Avenue. This would
be erected at the rear of the lot which is 70 feet in width and 150
feet in depth, and would be accessible from the paved alley in
the rear. We have been informed that this would require special
permission from the City Council. We are enclosing plans and
specifications for this structure. These plans also include a
plot plan.
There is no objection from adjacent property
owners, one of whom is Mr. George M. Shepard, Streets and
Highways Engineering Coordinator.
We respectfully request your approval for the
construction of this needed improvement.
