In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for grading and surfacing with
bituminous material the alley in Chute Brothers Division No. 10 from Grotto St. to Avon

on, under and across the westerly 4 feet of the easterly 6 feet of lot 11, Chute

The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory,, therefore, be it _ . -
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the tenth
day of Augnnt 1960 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
